By using MESTONY (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
MESTONY is for adults only. By entering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Never share or ask for personal identity, meaning no real name, age, gender, or location, until it is mutually and intentionally revealed through the app’s staged, consent-based process. Trying to extract someone’s identity against the spirit of the service is prohibited.
You agree not to use MESTONY to:
Every person you are matched with is a person. MESTONY has no AI conversation partners and does not fall back to one when the site is quiet.
There is no AI anywhere in MESTONY, with no exception and no small print. Nothing you type is sent to a language model. No text on this site is generated by one. The readings, the test results, the dimension pages and the Echo were all written by hand, in advance, by a person, and the site chooses between lines that were already written. Where a line was picked for you rather than written for you, we say so on the screen where it appears.
Your recovery code (or linked social login) is how you return. Keep your code private: anyone with it can access your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
You own what you write. Live messages are relayed, not stored by us. You’re solely responsible for what you share.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee matches, uptime, or that other users are who they seem.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MESTONY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks these terms or harms others. You may delete your account at any time via “Delete everything”.
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, from where the service is operated. Where required, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
After Dark is an optional, written-only layer of MESTONY for checked adults. It opens only after the operator has reviewed and approved your access request by hand, and after two separate explicit consents, and it closes the moment you press “Close the door”. Its rules are set out in the After Dark rules, which form part of these terms. In short: adults only, text only, consent only, nothing for sale, nothing about real identifiable people, and the absolute bans in section 3 above apply with no exceptions. If we restrict or remove After Dark content or access, we tell you which rule was broken and how to object.
